A Few of My Favorite Moments {This Week}

A few of my favorite moments from this week:

Addi and I played with curlers and the camera in the bathroom! {Thanks Pinterest for another fun memory!}

Landon and I spent a beautiful fall day playing in the woods.

Landon fell asleep on the couch. Addison scooped him up and cradled him. She wished he was little again so she could hold him.

Cheering on Addi at her soccer game. Pee-wee soccer is hilarious!

Addison participated in Cheer Camp. Landon and Jordyn hanging at the gym together watching the big kids cheer.

Addi and her best big buddy, Ellie.
Addison was chosen to be one of the Star Students for the month of September. She mastered the social skill of the month and was entered into a drawing.  There was a special assembly where she was recognized and she was given a certificate and a special gift. So proud of my big, special girl.

This week was our Homecoming week. Addi and the other cheer campers danced at the pep assembly with the high school cheer squad. They also danced at half time at the football game. She did so well and had no moments of hesitation or nervousness. People ask if I think Addi will be a cheerleader and I say, "Absolutely, she was cheering when she came out of me!"

Addi and her kindergarten class rode on a special float in the homecoming parade. CLASS OF 2026!

Last tomato harvest of the year.

We are now adjusted to our crazy fall/school schedule. Our weeks are so busy and just fly by. Addison is looking forward to starting Girl Scouts this week. All I can say is this year I won't have to stalk out  a Girl Scout stranger to get my Thin Mint fix! Addi is busy in her second year of Let's Play Music. She is loving it again this year and is learning to play the keyboard. She is still working her tail off in gymnastics once a week. She is also playing soccer for a few more weeks. She is tired, but thrives on being busy. She is finally adjusting to school. Her anxiety got the best of her for many weeks, but I am happy to say she seems to have let go of some of her fears and her mornings are happy and pleasant.
